The network extenders for Verizon Wireless work on the 1xRTT and the 3G EDVO networks. They don't have available yet for the 4G LTE network. I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee.This happened befor last December. After a bunch of factory resets and a router reset it finally came back and is working fine again.
